What packages do we offer?Our packages come termed with either Basic or Full. With each basic package, there is a two hour training session, and any hour after that is charged on a per hour basis. With the Full package, there is a twenty hour training session, plus full tech support afterwards.Special packages available. Full payment is to be paid on day of purchase unless it is noted otherwise. If cancellation occurs before the end of the 12 months, a 20% cancellation fee will be calculated. A purchase gives the buyer full administrative access which is limited to their uLearn environment. Standard package includes installation, basic customization, hosting, regular security patches, annual update, monthly backup, business hours support to one administrator, 2-4 hours of training Premium package includes Standard package plus weekly backup, business hours support to end users, 24/7 support to administrators, 6-8 hours of training. Multiple years contract receive 10-20% discounts. Pricing subject to change, please contact OpenSystemLab for detailed service level agreement. |
